Sheep – heart (0.42 lbs.) grass finished, no growth hormones

Our sheep are pasture raised, grass fed, and grass finished. No grain, no drugs, no chemicals, and no synthetic minerals. kelp meal and salt provide the necessary mineral supplementation. Spring water from the Northeast Georgia mountains keep our sheep hydrated as they graze pastures that are more like prairies providing a polyculture of grasses and native forages that have not been sprayed with any fertilizers or pesticides in at least 10 years. We implement management intensive grazing practices by moving our sheep onto well rested fresh paddocks every single day.
