Our Alder Knife Board with matching Bread Slicer is the perfect set for every home bread baker.  This handsome board comes with a matching Bread and Bagel Slicer which stores neatly in the board.  Easily and neatly slice all of your home made breads, rolls and bagels.  Our Bread Slicer will slice every kind of bread from crusty sourdough to soft breads.  It will even slice bread warm from the oven or bread machine without crushing or mangling it.

Turn the board over and you have a generously sized board to slice all of your favorite breads.

  • High Carbon Steel Blade is double-ground and serrated.
  • The blade is ultra-thin allowing it to slice easily through the bread.
  • Our wooden handle is bowed (bent in slightly) to attach the blade.  This makes the blade very taut so that it will not flex when slicing.

    These handsome boards are made from Solid American Hardwoods so color and grain will vary from board to board.

    The bread and bagel slicer fits snugly in the knife board for easy storage.

    Turn the Knife Board over to slice all of your favorite breads and the face stays nice. 

    Hand wash only with warm soapy water and dry immediately and leave standing up until completely dry.

    Treat with our 100% pure food-grade mineral oil to preserve and protect the wood.
