Dry aged for 21 days, our beef is pasture raised, grass fed, and grass finished. No grain, no drugs, no chemicals, and no synthetic minerals. Kelp meal and salt provide the necessary mineral supplementation. Spring water from the Northeast Georgia mountains keep our beef hydrated as they graze pastures that are more like prairies providing a polyculture of grasses and native forages that have not been sprayed with any fertilizers or pesticides in at least 10 years.
