Beef- Suet (1 lb) grass finished, no antibiotics, no hormones, no vax

Rendering beef tallow is easy and great to cook with. While still frozen, cut the beef fat into smaller pieces. Place into a crock pot and cook on low 3-6 hours. Ladle liquid fat into sterile, wide-mouth canning jars with a lid. Once the fat has solidified, place the jars in the refrigerator or freezer.  You can also use it on your skin and hair. Our beef is pasture raised, grass fed, and grass finished. No grain, no drugs, no chemicals, and no synthetic minerals. kelp meal and salt provide the necessary mineral supplementation. Spring water from the Northeast Georgia mountains keep our beef hydrated as they graze pastures that are more like prairies providing a polyculture of grasses and native forages that have not been sprayed with any fertilizers or pesticides in at least 10 years.
