Chicken Tikka Masala is often considered Britains unofficial national dish. Some say that the dish was first served in Scotland when a customer at a Pakistani restaurant said his Chicken Tikka was too dry. The chef added some tomato soup to the dish and a beloved dish was born. Others say Chicken Tikka Masala was created in Punjab in 1971. Either way it’s a fantastic dish.

Chicken Tikka Masala is usually made with yogurt, chunks of chicken and spices. We’ve tweaked the recipe a bit to add chickpeas and broccoli which soak up the flavor of the sauce. We’ve upped the fiber, plant based protein, iron and all the benefits of broccoli.
