Eggs – Pullet Eggs (very small), Pasture Raised, no corn, no soy

Pullet eggs, sometimes called “chef’s eggs” are the first eggs a chicken lays once she starts to lay eggs. They are very small, but very nutritious. They have a higher yolk to white ratio, so if you prefer the yolks, these eggs are for you! We raise our hens in large mobile paddocks with an open, mobile roost. Our pasture raised birds are moved daily to fresh grass, weeds, seeds and bugs. We provide them a supplemental ration of non-GMO, corn free, soy free feed. Taste the difference in our dark golden yolks.
