Heat oil in frying pan over medium high heat. Blend first two ingredients on shallow plate. Pat pork chops dry with clean towel. Dredge pork chops in onion dip / flour mix. Fry in pan for five minutes for one inch thick pork chops. Reduce or increase time based on thickness of chops. Turn pork chops over and fry an additional five minutes. Remove from frying pan and allow to rest for five minutes. Enjoy! You can also back these in the oven instead of pan frying: once chops are coated in onion dip/flour mixture place in oven proof pan and bake 35 minutes at 350F.
For delicious turkey burgers mix 2 tablespoons onion dip mix with 1 lb ground turkey, 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese and 1/4 tsp thyme leaves. Shape into four burgers and grill, bake or pan fry until well done.
