These versatile greens can be enjoyed raw in salads, lightly sautéed with garlic and olive oil, added to soups, or used anywhere you’d include spinach or kale. Harvested young for best texture and flavor.
Many of our products are delivered “root on”. This helps extend the life of the produce. We recommend that you do not refrigerate the root on products but rather sit in them in a small dish of water on the counter. They will typically stay fresh for days!
