Shake bottle & apply 2-3 sprays to clean skin & massage well. Avoid facial contact, especially mucus membranes. Common beneficial areas include arms, legs, feet & stomach. Refrain from spraying on broken skin including freshly shaved or sensitive areas. If your body’s cells are deficient in magnesium, the rapid absorption of the oil can create a tingling sensation.
