Use A&A Artichoke Lemon Pesto as:
Spread for Crackers, bread, crostini or on top of crusty bruchetta.
A pasta sauce for your favorite pasta dish and also lasagna. Toss with pasta, add 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil and drizzle some fresh ground black pepper.
Add 2 tbsp into your salad dressing to enhance the overall flavor of your green salad.
Stir into rice or risotto.
Mound over ant type of sautéed flaky fish as trout or cod. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
Put a healthy tablespoon under the skin of chicken breast, top with additional pesto and parmesan cheese and bake.
Make a Artichoke Pesto Pizza. Coat pizza dough with the pesto and mozzarella cheese and bake in a hot oven.
Use as a condiment for a grilled panini.
