Delicious mild breakfast sausage from pasture raised, heritage breed hogs. No nitrates or sulfites. Only natural ingredients: pork, salt, sage, red pepper, sugar, and black pepper. All of our pork is raised on pasture and provided a supplemental ration of non-GMO, corn free and soy free feed. We rotate our hogs to fresh paddocks regularly where they enjoy a fresh dinner plate of native forages. Regular moves allow us to raise our pork without the use of medications or chemicals.
