A balancing herb of cognition and mood, as well as an antioxidant, antiseptic, anti-microbial. Favorite use for me is to keep in apple cider vinegar for several weeks, strain and add honey to make a Sage Oxymel, which is good in cold water on a hot day or working out. Not recommended for nursing mothers.
