Created in collaboration with Chef Yadira Garcia, our Sofrito Rojo is non-GMO, naturally vegan, and contains no additives or anything artificial, and we promise it will be your new mejor amiga en la cocina. Plus, it’s shelf-stable (only refrigerate after opening).

It’s great para todo, but we like to use it in Dominican Spaghetti & Arroz con Gandules!
