This batch got a little too lively during fermentation — the good bacteria were extra happy, which caused a bit more bubbling than usual and led to some minor leakage in the jars. We’ve since repackaged it to prevent any issues, keeping the same amount of delicious sauerkraut solids with just a touch less brine.
It’s still the same raw, organic, probiotic-rich Garlic Pickle Sauerkraut, handcrafted in small batches and never heated. The only difference is a little less liquid — and a much lower price.
