Sourdough bread care tips:

Shelf life is within 3-5 days for optimal freshness and flavor. It keeps very well in the fridge for up to 2 weeks,

Revive whole loaf by sprinkling with water and heating in the oven at 375F for 5-10 minutes until crisped to your liking.

Store sliced sourdough bread in a bag to preserve its crustiness.

Freeze sourdough bread in a sealed bag for up to 6 months. Slice before freezing for easy portioning.

Refresh frozen sourdough bread by thawing at room temperature or toasting slices.
