**Special Event** Sourdough Class -April 30, 2023 1pm to 2:30 pm

Learn to make sourdough! An introductory course taught through a combination of demonstrations and brief hands-on elements to provide the basics of baking sourdough bread at home. 

Our local expert, Pat Gibbon, will demonstrate how to make sourdough from start to finish, discuss sourdough starters and maintenance, and provide recipes to use sourdough in different ways.

Students take away a jar of starter, recipes and other tips/ handouts to make you a successful sourdough baker. We’ll sample sourdough breads with dipping oils as a light snack.
