Directions:
1. Pour a few tablespoons of sprouting seeds into your grower + soak the whole bag in water at room temp for around 6-8 hours, depending on the variety.Â
2.Once soaked, hang your bag above the sink or a bowl to drain water.
3.Give your bag a quick but thorough rinse under the faucet 2x daily. Keep it hanging in between to drop dry. Â
That’s it! When you’re ready to harvest, store your full (and dry) Sprout Bag in the fridge!
