Stew Meat – 1 lb. – Organically fed- pastured – no hormones or antibiotics

Organically grown, Non GMO, Soy Free Stew beef. We purchase these 6 month old steer and grass feed them for 2 years. 30 days before taking the 2 1/2 year old steer to the processor we supplement a small amount of locally grown organic grain while still allowing him to eat all the grass he wants. This method helps to add a bit more flavor and tames the grass fed flavor to something we really enjoy . These steer only get reclaimed rain water to drink. They are processed at a USDA inspected facility and vacuum sealed to preserve freshness.
