    Our Japanese Veggie Ramen Kit is a great vegan choice that everyone will enjoy! It is made only with organic, Non-GMO and natural vegetables. Includes handmade Ramen noodles! The vegetable soup is also like a medicine soup made with local organic ginger and garlic, plus, our organic HOUSEMADE Japanese Shio Koji. Shio Koji is a Japanese traditional probiotic food which is made with Koji culture (Aspergillus oryzae).  One package comes with the vegetable soup, handmade Ramen noodles, and four kinds of vegetable toppings (chopped green onions, organic corns, seasoned organic bamboo shoots and carrots, and Non-GMO seaweed) in individual air-tight bags. Total cook time to be served is approximately 15 minutes.
