Fresh DUCK eggs collected daily from our free range pastured Pekin ducks. Duck eggs make baked items fluffier than chicken eggs- you will be amazed. You substitute one duck egg per chicken egg in the recipe, even though the duck eggs are bigger. Due to the higher yolk ratio to egg white in duck eggs they contain more fat which in turn makes Baked goods richer. Do not overcook duck eggs if you make boiled or scrambled eggs. They will taste rubbery due to a higher protein content than chicken eggs. People who cannot eat chicken eggs due to allergies, can often eat duck eggs. Great for Paleo diet too!

Cancellations affect farmer/vendor earnings. If you must cancel an order farmers/vendors need at least 48 hours notice. Only exception is an emergency and we will work with you. No returns or exchanges.
