Black Garlic BBQ Sauce – Triple Crown Organic

The Black Garlic is a completely unique blend of East and West, with the centuries-old Asian ingredient of aged garlic providing an aromatic and umami kick to our American classic – which just won the Good Food Award in San Francisco, California, USA in January of 2019! Also more savory than sweet, the Black Garlic offers a flavor profile that is both familiar and out of this world.

Created from scratch and refined to perfection over 15 years, Richard Schaaf entered his BBQ sauce at the Minnesota State Fair, where it would go on to win three blue ribbons (1994, 1997, 2001). Following these awards, word began to spread as increasing numbers of friends and co-workers enjoyed home made batches of Richard’s tasty brew. Triple Crown BBQ Sauce made it to retail shelves and commercial kitchens beginning in 2009.

Cancellations affect farmer/vendor earnings. If you must cancel an order farmers/vendors need at least 48 hours notice. Only exception is an emergency and we will work with you. Returns or exchanges on a case by case basis within 48 hours of receiving product.
