Cypress is a Mediterranean-inspired cheese flavored with a variety of olives, Calabrian chilis, basil, tomato, and dill. This pasteurized cheese has a semi-firm texture and herbaceous finish.

PAIRINGS – Lil’ Moo can be paired with white wines such as Riesling, Pinot Gris or Sauvignon Blanc. For an interesting beer pairing, try with a floral IPA.

RECIPE: ANTIPASTO CYPRESS SKEWERS 

DIFFICULTY LEVEL: EASY  

INGREDIENTS:

Grape Tomatoes

Black and Green Olives

Prosciutto

Salami

Sweet Grass Dairy Cypress

Fresh Basil

Marinated Artichoke Hearts

Balsamic Glaze

Optional: Italian Seasoning 

DIRECTIONS:

Cut the meat, Cypress, and artichokes into cubes. Be sure not to cut them too small, or they will be difficult to put on the skewer.

Skewer the ingredients onto the wooden skewers. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and Balsamic Glaze before serving. 

Notes: Feel free to omit any ingredients to better fit your preferences.
