Please note that only 10 attendees are permitted per tour, so indicate the quantity in your party when booking. Kindly be advised that no dogs, including service dogs, are allowed on the premises. LLFD Bio:

Lake Lanier Farm & Dairy makers of small-batch, farmstead goat cheese.  Farmstead means the animals, milking and cheesemaking are done on the same property. Our farm is fully licensed with the Georgia Department of Agriculture. 

Our herd is comprised solely of Nigerian Dwarf dairy goats.  They are the smallest of the dairy goats but have the highest butterfat which is ideal for small-batch cheesemaking! 

Our farm’s first focus is on happy, healthy goats. The goats have full access to fresh air, fresh pastures and hay. A diet of New Country Organic feed and a specialized pasture mix of Cowpea, Oats, Chicory, Crimson Clover, Red Clover, Alfalfa, Hairy Vetch, Daikon Radish, Millet, Turnips and Ryegrass provide forage for optimal health and enhanced cheese flavor.

We also sell goat meat.

Absolutely no dogs are allowed on the property.  Unfortunately we cannot allow service dogs either.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued on a case by case basis and up to the vendor's discretion. To assure your satisfaction with the product(s) you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives. Living Well Farmers Market is not responsible for damage after you receive your products.  Refund request must be received within 48 hours of receiving product.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellations affect farmer/vendor earnings. If you must cancel an order farmers/vendors need at least 48 hours notice. Only exception is an emergency and we will work with you. Returns or exchanges on a case by case basis within 48 hours of receiving product.
