This finely ground nixtamalized corn flour is perfect for making tortillas (just add water!) as well as tamales, tostadas, pupusas, arepas, and more. It’s deep flavor and vibrant color comes from single-origin heirloom corn grown in Mexico, which is cooked, ground, and slow dried in small batches.
