Our bestselling masa harina is made from just two ingredients: corn and alkaline water. This finely ground nixtamalized corn flour is perfect for making tortillas (just add water!) as well as tamales, tostadas, pupusas, arepas, and more. It’s deep flavor and vibrant color comes from single-origin heirloom corn grown in Mexico, which is cooked, ground, and slow dried in small batches.

Cancellations affect farmer/vendor earnings. If you must cancel an order farmers/vendors need at least 48 hours notice. Only exception is an emergency and we will work with you. Returns or exchanges on a case by case basis within 48 hours of receiving product.
