Azuki's Kitchen

Azuki’s Kitchen is now open!!

 Japanese home-style food and bakery.

The owner, Miki, has a Master’s degree in Food Science, a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Science, and a Culinary degree in Japan. She also grew up in the traditional Japanese family, she learned Kaiseki and Shojin cuisine from her grandmother who was a Buddhist monk, Kaiseki cuisine incorporates various aspects of traditional Japanese culture and tea ceremony. Shojin cuisine/Shojin Ryori is a Japanese Buddhist cuisine which is a complete vegetarian or vegan meal.   Miki is very excited to introduce you to her own fusion foods based on all the knowledge and skills.

The new goal of Azuki’s Kitchen is also to utilize the fresh produce and products from the local vendors. Azuki’s Kitchen hopes everyone to stay healthy, safe and enjoy the happiness of your foods! – Miki
