An ounce of our gourmet harvested parsley yields more than a typical bunch
from a store with much better flavor and shelf life. Our harvest and
packaging goal is to give close to 100% usable product. Italian parsley
is the variety most often used in Mediterranean cooking because of its
bright, herbaceous flavor. We do early harvest to ensure tender and
delicious flavor. Don’t forget to use the stems in cooking, they contain
a lot of flavors.
