Our heritage breed hogs are raised on pasture and in the woods. These bone-in pork chops are 1 inch thick, 1 per pack. They are perfect in the pan, in the oven, or on the grill! We rotate our hogs to fresh paddocks regularly where they enjoy a fresh dinner plate of native forages. Regular moves allow us to raise our pork without the use of medications or chemicals.
