Sirloin Tip Roast (also known as Round Tip Roast) is boneless, and
lean with plenty of beefy flavors. These roasts are great to use as
vegetable beef stir-fry, grilled kabobs, and even beef-and-fennel salad
in addition to standard pot roast.
Common “tip” cuts come from
the round of the cow, including sirloin tip roasts, sirloin-tip center
steaks, and Tri-tip cuts. These roasts are a very nice piece of meat
that can easily be cut down to use in many different ways including
fajitas, quesadillas, stuffed roasts, and beef Caesar salad. Marinating
and/or slow cooking will get them very tender.
